I am very excited to share this with you. Today’s episode is a chapter from my new book, Alchemy of Yoga: Living yoga off the mat. For me, yoga has been training for life. Like water slowly transforming the shape of the rocks it flows over, yoga has transformed my mind, body, and soul. This book forcuses how the four key components of hatha yoga- strength, balance, flexibility, and surrender- can be deepened on the mat and applied off the mat. It also gets into the spiritual questions that often come up in yogi’s, “Who am I? Why am I here (on Earth now)?”
