Mindfulness mentoring for better living. Being able to:
turn your mind off and be fully present with friends and family
engage your mind fully to maximize productivity and creativity
feel grounded no matter what’s coming at you
feel contentment daily
have deeper, richer, more nourishing relationships.
A 12 week journey for busy professionals to create the contain for flourishing.
Our focus over the 12 weeks is to improve:
Get clear on how you really want to feel (beyond good) and start taking action. Learn the tools and tricks to set soulful goals and take inspired action, communicate more effectively and efficiently, and show up unapologetically authentic.
The Daily Practice is part yoga, part Ayurveda, and part success hacks that bring more clarity and focus than you can imagine. Custom tailored to your needs and served with a big dose of support and iteration until we find the fit for you!
A stiff mindset is as limiting as a stiff body! Stretch into your greatness. When life throws you a curve ball, you can bend without breaking. You can reach for those further goals without pulling something. You can relax.
What do you get during the 12 weeks?
- 12 weeks of 1:1 mentoring done virtually or by phone (includes recording of the session)
- Weekly inspired action assignments
- The Alchemy of Yoga
- Tools for your Daily Practice (yoga, custom mindfulness practices, suggested foods for your unique body needs)
- Unlimited texting + email support
- A Daily Practice Kit with some of my favorite tools
- Clarity on how you want to feel and how to make that happen
Cost: $1,011 (or 2 payments of $550)
*I only work with a limited number of 1:1 coaching clients at a time. Once that number is reached, there is a waiting list. I believe that you are investing in yourself. I want to give you the support you need to maximize your return on investment.

Here’s what people are saying:
“I am free and so incredibly relieved- of course still a little sad from time to time, but the sadness doesn’t stay as long anymore. I am able to acknowledge and say – oh there it is and then it just seems to float away. You shared in a yoga practice about sharing our light with others and also bringing it to ourselves – can’t recall exact words- but I always found that so powerful and healing. The work I do is very stressful, but now I feel somehow this sense of peace is washing over into my work- therefore although it is still stressful, it is now more manageable. I can never thank you enough for what you have done to help me to heal and process my loss of the love of my life.” Dot
