Sessions may include

- mindfulness practice - strength - balance - flexibility - mentoring. Sessions can be as short as 30 minutes or as long as 75 minutes and are 1-2 times a week.

You’re ready to take control of your health. But you are limited on time and need a program that is customized to your specific schedule and needs. We start with a conversation to go over your answers to the simple, painless questionnaire completed prior to our first meeting. We will do a basic fitness evaluation, discuss nutrition, and schedule our first training session.

About Wendy

Wendy has been working with personal training clients for 25 years. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science, is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (16 years teaching experience), and a NASM certified personal trainer. She understands the unique needs of aging adults who want vitality and longevity. As an entrepreneur, she understands the compromises leaders make on their health in order to meet the demands of business.

Balance should be enjoyable. Through a combination of intuition, wisdom, and experience, Wendy crafts plans to make balance attainable and fun. Wendy is holistic personal trainingprofessional, discrete, and compassionately holds her clients accountable.

I only work with a limited number of clients. You deserve my full attention and wisdom. After the initial conversation if we are not a good fit, I will be happy to refer you to another trainer.
