Who says fitness isn’t fun?
Come join me on the playground to laugh, push, pull, pump, twist and play your way into shape.
This four week class meets once a week on fridays at 7 am with a warm-up walk from Wolf Wellness to the “playground” (outdoor gym) where we do an all-levels circuit style class, stretch and walk back.
Warning: This class often evokes much laughter, especially at ourselves. Those who are allergic to laughter or take themselves too serious are advised to seek physician approval before joining.

Who is this class good for? Anyone looking to get in better health and have some fun at the same time. This is an all levels class. If you are “balanced-challenged” try the Strength and Balance class instead.
What happens in the event of bad weather? Class will be made up the following week on monday morning.
What happens if I can’t make a class? Well, we’ll miss you!
What do I need for the class? Bring water, a towel, a good attitude and sense of humor.
