You know how you feel at the end of a good yoga practice? And you want to dive in deeper, learn more, figure out how to take the teachings further? But there’s only so much time to spend in class on the yogic wisdom and philosophy. Welcome to Integrating Yoga.
Each class focuses on yoga teachings that help provide a foundation and container for integrating your yoga throughout your life. All are on-line, so you’ll be able to download and follow along and include a live Q & A session. Think of it like going to a workshop at you local yoga studio, but you don’t have to leave your house. They are affordable, easy to access, and the missing link to living your yoga off the mat!
Intro to the Chakras
There are seven major chakras in the body that we will focus on. You’ll learn where they are located, their mantra and color, signs of imbalance, age of development, how they interact with other energy aspects and the physical body. Includes:
- 7 short videos, one for each chakra
- the audio only version for each chakra
- a pdf worksheet for each chakra that include introspective questions to explore your chakras more deeply
- a chakra balancing yoga nidra (deep guided meditation)
- a 30 minute chakra yoga video
- quarterly live q&a call that you can join as many times as you wish.

These are the moral codes as defined in the Yoga Sutras with a beautiful Tantric twist. Meaning, we aren’t men running off to live in a cave to obtain enlightenment. We’re humans in a modern world who are okay with a little chocolate, some orgasms, and having relationships. We work. We play. We struggle. We thrive. The yamas give a container for experiencing more moments of ananada (bliss) throughout out daily lives!
